Profile: PulpLit is a quarterly publication, which focuses on popular culture. They publish literary fiction and believe that "good writing often transcends genre."

Publication Needs: PulpLit accepts literary fiction. They prefer non-genre fiction but remain flexible. They also prefer that writers refrain from submitting fiction work that has been written in first person.

Story Length: Fiction should range from 2,500 - 5,000 words. (Min. and max.) Articles should be 800 - 3,000 words. PulpLit will consider serializing larger works.

Rights Purchased: If accepted, authors must sign a contract granting PulpLit exclusive worldwide e-publishing rights for three months and the right to archive the work non-exclusively for an indefinite period.

Payment Terms: Fiction work and articles will receive $20.00.

Submission Guidelines: PulpLit accepts full submissions and queries. Submissions should be attached to an e-mail as a .DOC or .RTF or pasted into the body of an e-mail message. No hardcopy submissions will be accepted. PulpLit accepts work during specific submission periods, which are listed in their submission guidelines. Guidelines should be read carefully.
